Poor design
I think the reason for poor rating is because the sign up page is poorly design. I opened the app, clicked on the sign up button and all I saw was a blank white page titled what you need to sign up (or whatever) with 4 or 5 ticked boxes. I sat there like an idiot waiting for the rest of the page to load up, only to realise later that there is other text alright, but the text is in white on a white page!!
I do not know who’s bright idea that was, but that is definitely a put off because why will I trust a company with money when they cannot even get something as basic as ‘white text on white background =blank white’
