я спішу, беру ваш самокат, закидую гроші на цей гаманець, залишок яких мені відмовляються потім повертати. а самокат не працює як електро самокат. мені приходить майже всю дорогу його штовхати. я вспотіла і обригалась вкінці дороги, бо майже весь шлях треха їхати вгору. я думала може проблема в великому наклоні, але я ж колись каталась на інших самокатах і все було добре. а виявилося, що ви даєте в оренду заведома розряжені самокати. це як принести пусту чашку в кавʼярні. підтримка жахлива. юікс не допомає. низький заряд означає що його вистачитьь не на довго, а не те, що прилад не працює. ви в своєму розумі????

начал ехать проехал 8 минут и самокат стал начал пищять при движение обратился в службу поддержки, розблокировали ещё 8 минут пиьался найти зеленою зону когда заехал на зону он не завершал поездку, не рекомендую пользуваться этими самокатами
Still not user friendly
Okay, you finally fixed the final starting screen. And there is no more 6 screens to finish the ride. But still a lot of inconvenient and dangerous features.
Limited parking is your thing ok. But when you already in no parking zone, the scooter blocks the wheels and you literally can't put it out to legal zone. How am I supposed to do it, on my back?
Also, when deposit is running zero, scooter makes sudden noises, blocks the brakes for several seconds and then blocks the wheels also, forcing you to being stopped in the middle of the road, where you could be hot by another scooter or a car in a second. Just like that. Because there is no money.
Basically, the service is prioritizing payment enforcement by catching you in the traps over rider safety.
Just stupid unsafe and driven by greed decisions all the way.

Fraud, the zone changes dynamically, they turn off the scooter, and they also issue fines and collect money, the support is rude and mocking

Scooters often don’t work but still charging. When contacted the support shows distrust even though they see the scooter moved 0 km. I deleted the account. There other companies that value their customers better than this!

This service is awful. The scooters are okay, but the app and functionality is terrible and dangerous.
First, I have lost ₴1000+ in the last couple months because I’m unable to end my ride in the app. Most recently, the app would not let me end my ride because it said I was outside the parking zone, but I wasn’t. I was in the same place I always end my rides. I took screenshots to prove I was in the parking zone when I received the error. I also contacted support. They said it was resolved, but then my account was charged for 52 minutes when I only used it for 9. They did not refund me. The app is unreliable and the support is bad. The issue is a result of GPS error. They are aware of the issue, but it continues to happen frequently. And they make requesting a refund difficult.
Second, there is also a very dangerous design that can cause serious injury. If your account runs out of money while riding the scooter, the scooter will suddenly apply the brakes and stop working. This happened to me while I was riding down a hill. I lost control of the scooter and almost fell in front of a car.
I don’t recommend these scooters to anyone.

По-перше, за останні пару місяців я втратив понад ₴1000 через те, що не міг завершити поїздку в застосунку. Востаннє він не давав завершити поїздку, бо показував, що я поза зоною паркування, хоча це було неправдою. Я знаходився в тому самому місці, де завжди завершую поїздки. Я зробив скріншоти, щоб довести, що був у зоні паркування, коли отримав помилку. Я також звернувся в підтримку. Вони сказали, що проблему вирішено, але з мого рахунку все одно списали оплату за 52 хвилини, хоча я користувався лише 9. Грошей не повернули. Застосунок ненадійний, а підтримка — погана. Проблема виникає через помилку GPS. Вони знають про цю проблему, але вона продовжує часто траплятися. І вони роблять процес повернення коштів складним.
По-друге, є дуже небезпечне конструктивне рішення, яке може призвести до серйозної травми. Якщо на рахунку закінчуються гроші під час поїздки, самокат раптово блокує гальма і перестає працювати. Це сталося зі мною, коли я спускався з пагорба. Я втратив контроль над самокатом і ледве не впав просто перед автомобілем.
Я не рекомендую ці самокати нікому.

Terrible GPS
I’m in the green zone to park and every single time it says that I’m not in a parking area. Every time this wastes me 10 minutes to “debug” a proper parking area and walk back to my destination. Fix your GPS, no other provider has this problem.

“No service” available due to worsening conditions for several MONTHS already. Refuse to refund wallet which can’t be used since there is 0 service

Zelektra is the worst service in Kyiv
First, need to download the app, second - need to confirm a lot of unnecessary information, third - need to pay deposit. Common, guys! It was the worst drive in my life. Want deposit back!
