Used to work fine now I’m getting not available geo restriction in a state with legal use so this app at the moment is actually unusable for me even in a legalized state.
Terrible App/Broken
This app has been broken for me for some time now. I can’t even open it and log in. There’s multiple stores in my state but Geo-Location is telling me stores and services are not available in my state when I try to log in to the app, when it’s actually working and loading. Don’t waste your time. It’s a pointless app.

Just a sloppy app
This is about the rewards app, not the store (even though the store is ultimately responsible for the app). I swear this app is from 2010. I downloaded the app, all of my information is there, EXCEPT for the reward points. I can’t even get to any of the stores because when they give me the option of selecting a medical or recreational the screen just stays frozen. This has happened with all versions of the app, including the latest one. Yeah when I go through the website, my points are shown there, and I can apply them to my order. What is the point of this app? Why do I need a separate app for a rewards program? Why is the process so complicated? I just wanna order my stuff And get my rewards in one place and I can’t do that

You guys keep doing these sales that aren’t even sales 2 8th for 70 is normal prices plus tax, you’re offering 3 .3 gram vapes for 60 dollars as if 60 dollars for .9 isn’t higher than normal prices pretty sure this is illegal.

Scam. Won’t stop texting me from different numbers about bad deals.
I buy from zen leaf all the time and I get almost no rewards. And they won’t stop texting you from different numbers. Constantly. I get about 5 texts from zen leaf a day and it’s never anything useful. The app also won’t let you turn off texts messages. If you go into settings to turn them off the app keeps switching it back on. I feel like this has to be illegal or break sometime of user agreement?

Nate the notifications
I try to disable it and then I get stopped because I need to put in my phone number for some stupid reason. Then it wants a verification code. Then it wants me to put my name. Now I’m uninstalling. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TURN OFF MY NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!!!!

App is great for preordering but now you changed it where I need a temporary pin to get in but I never get one so I’m just stuck on this pin screen.

Horrible app - ZenLeaf could care less
This app is garbage. It’s almost like Zen Leaf doesn’t care. In fact they really don’t care as they would have had the basic operability issues fixed a long time ago.
Operability is maddeningly frustrating. One can’t place an order from within the app. It pops you out to your browser. And more often than not will bounce you from the menu or your basket - and you have to run the gauntlet of amateurish ‘code’ again.
A total dog’s breakfast. I would give it Zero Stars but that would be generous.
I would switch to another dispensary in a heartbeat solely because of this awful app. Sadly Zen Leaf owns my market within a 25-mile radius.
