Hello,
I’m having a problem with Zen Match on my iPhone. The game opens, but it stays stuck on the “Downloading” screen and never finishes loading.
I have already tried:
* Restarting my iPhone several times
* Closing and reopening the game
* Using both Wi-Fi and cellular data
* Checking for app and iPhone updates
* Checking my iPhone storage (I have 41.48 GB available out of 64 GB)
* Offloading and reinstalling Zen Match
* Resetting my iPhone’s network settings
Zen Match is also still listed in my App Store purchases, and I am signed into my Apple account.
The game still will not get past the “Downloading” screen.
Could you please help me fix this issue? I also have purchases and game progress associated with my account, so I do not want to lose them.

Not enjoyable any longer!
I have played this game for years and loved it! Now I can’t get past levels to save my life. If I don’t solve a puzzle I get the option to remove only 1 tile, even though it still says 3 tiles! Then if I don’t solve it after removing 1 tile all I get is the option to continue playing for 300 coins, even though it says you can remove 3 tiles. Getting nowhere fast!!! I now very much dislike this game and can’t believe they have made it pretty much impossible to advance levels. It’s not like you’re playing for real money!!!!!!

Good game… too many pop ups
I play this game everyday and I love it because it helps me relax. The levels are challenging and I appreciate a game that makes it worth my while. The only issue is the pop up ads in the game. When you return to the home page you’re hit with at least 10 different pop-up announcements which is extremely annoying.
Also the new ads after every turn are annoying as well. They want people to pay for an ad-free experience which is unfair to faithful players who’ve had the game for years. It feels pointless to even play the game because of the constant ads that disrupts the experience.
They need to get rid of those because it makes it hard to want to continue playing.

Poor connection
I’ve had this game for many years but lately it’s becoming unplayable as it keeps losing WiFi connection, even at home sitting near the router. All other games I have work fine, but this one randomly keeps losing connection. Major disappointment that you can’t play it on the underground any more. Please fix the WiFi!

No Longer Zen
This used to be an incredibly simple, relaxing matching game. Now you are bombarded with pop ups, random side events and games, paid bonuses, and other junk every other level. Truly the opposite of zen. It’s too bad what it’s become but I guess that’s capitalism for you.

The game is really fun and all, but the new version is lowkey boring. I miss being able to decorate the rooms! BRING THEM BACK.

I genuinely used to enjoy this game so so much, I played it everday and I’m on level 600+ but after this new thing with the ads it’s unbearable so play tilescapes!
How to ruin a perfectly good game
I loved this game, but it's just too much now. Ads, popups, events I don't care about. I just want a simple, fun game to shut my brain off for. The fact that the AI or whoever it is responding to these reviews has a canned response to the various complaints about popups tells me that they know it's an issue, but don't change anything. At least give us an option to opt out of events. I just don't care. I want to play the game I downloaded, not click through 30 seconds of popups every time I return to the home screen. In addition to this, I have no idea why a once ad-free game is now loaded with ads. Easily one of the worst decisions you can make as a game dev, unless you WANT to make players upset. I'm on level 1489. I miss how the game was. Time to move on to a new, better game I guess.

bring back the rooms.
ive been playing this game ever since i got my first ipad, so about 5 years or so. to be straight forward and honest i only ever played this game for two reasons, the game is supper addicting alone, but it also helped having the room where you could decorate to your liking. it was super calming, and fun seeing the new room designs i was able to customize. now its just not that great anymore. the new update is boring and it even feels like after all of the hard work i put into completing each level, is all for nothing. i remember downloading this game because i saw you were able to costomize many rooms to your liking, its what made the game really fun. now with the new map, its not as relaxing as the game portrayed to be when i first downloaded it, its overstimulating. i think i speak on behalf of many people saying this we knew the game mainly by the rooms we were able to customize. without it i fear its only going to be the beginning of many people disliking and removing the game.

I hate updates
What were you thinks developers!? The game was PERFECT!! Nearly no ads, you got to decorate a room and it kept all the rooms you did, and matching the tiles was fun and the level increase flawless. But now pop up event ads, just a level count with no decorating a room, and did I mention so many pop up events!! It use to be so relaxing and I got a pretty high level but now I just despise it cause it’s unoriginal and aggravating when you just wanna relax and match tiles. There are dozens and dozens of games with all the pop up events, but not many just lets you decorate and match with no interruptions. Now that game doesn’t exist

Broken ads
This game is fun to play, but the ads are broken. They do not provide a way to close the ad and watching them does not actually work to give the retry or life.
Diabolical amount of manipulative pop ups
I don’t write reviews ever. But the rage that this app induced in me is one unlike any other I’ve had instigated from a mere puzzle app. You have to click through an insane amount of pop ups trying to get you to play extra puzzles or invite people or join leagues that I actually just gave up and deleted the app. You cannot in good conscience call this app a relaxing puzzle. I *was* relaxed when I opened the app. Now I’m frustrated. I just wanted to play a puzzle game. Why do I have to invite friends and unlock things. Immediately downloading their competitor’s app with less pop ups to relish in the simplicity of the game. Maybe it’s called a zen app because it forces you to find a zen deep within yourself in the face of frustration.

annoying pop ups
i like the game, but the pop ups are very annoying. I have to click through like 10 just to play the game,. i don't interact with any of them and some still pop up after every other game. I used to play the game a year ago and stopped for a while, I'm very disappointed in how the quality of the experience had lessened.

Overall a fun game
The app randomly reset today and I lost years of levels. It’s fine restarting but was annoying. I also preferred the main screen game when it was relaxing rooms you could decorate. I haven’t played with the pig adventure once.
Pop ups
Now i would be giving this 5 stars but the amount of pop ups i have to exit out of every time i get on or every time it boots me back to the home screen has got me so annoyed. I should not be constantly hitting the “x” button a million times for something that’s trying to make me pay! Ugh so frustrating

What happened?
I love this game but what happened to the Zen rooms!? Why was it changed? I am not a fan of the update
Ads won’t load
If you require players to watch ads, please fix them! Majority of ads won’t load, “can’t find ad”. And please make the pop ups stop!
