Sent me another client’s confidential IRS documents
Used ZenBusiness to form my LLC and file for an EIN. Instead of my own EIN letter, they sent me the IRS notice for a completely different business — full name, home address, and federal tax ID of a stranger. That’s a serious data handling failure, not a typo.
On top of that: long wait times, slow support, and I still don’t have the correct document for my own business days later. If they mixed up my paperwork with someone else’s, I have zero confidence in how they’re handling sensitive information across the board.

I run a business that uses email on a daily basis. There is always server issues accessing my email. I contact Support and they take them two hours or more. Sometimes they don’t even call me back to get help. I’m never used this company ever again.. They’ve costed me hundreds of dollars in lost deals and headaches.

If you are starting an LLC for the first time like me please don’t be stupid like me, don’t use this app. This app will charge you $500 for something that costs less than $200 and you’ll have to wait over two weeks for something that you can do in a day. Screw this app

Great site/app but a little buggy
The app helps deposit checks into your account but when taking pics of your check, there is no Manuel button to take the picture and sometimes the app never takes it for you. Restarting the app helps usually

This place is an absolute scam I was guaranteed my ein number within 3-4 weeks. It has been 3 months and customer service will only put you on hold. It is impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you out and reviewing a refund is completely off the table. If you want your money to go to waste use this company.

This is the biggest scam out there I have called multiple times to try and cancel my subscription and they never did so I went through my credit card to dispute the charges and I just had to end up cancelling my entire credit account all together because they would not stop charging me $200 a month, this is by far the worst business I have ever came into contact with and I beg you not to ever do anything with these scammers

I canceled the subscription in February. They charged me for the whole year would not give me a notice or nothing. Send it straight to collections. This place is a thief. They rob you please run the other way when you see in business.

I paid for expedited service and now in the fourth week of not having the EIN yet after taking three weeks to get the business license. Just poor service all the way through the process with zero accountability.

I am not one to write reviews but I don’t want anyone in the same situation I have been in. Zenbusiness has caused more problems than any other company I have ever worked with. To be quite honest, the company has done nothing to benefit us at all.
Here is what they do: you register, they trick you with their subscription models… after registering your business, they quickly take all of your info and sell it to brokerages. These brokerages, along with zen business call and call and call trying to tell you your business is at risk. I received thousands of these calls over the last year.
There is no where on the website or app you can cancel your subscription. I had to email them to tell them I wanted to cancel. I received a response not addressing my initial inquiry, but instead, asking me for protected personal information that should never be exchanged via email.
