WASTE of TIME and MONEY
I ordered their Pro service to form a company which was supposed to be a ‘rush’ service. Then a week later they contacted me to say the name wasn’t available. I replied to cancel the service. Their website says 2-3 weeks for rush service. I then tried to call them to cancel. I was on hold for 20 minutes before a person finally answered. After explaining that I needed to cancel my account, she said she needed to put me on hold until an account manager was available. I told her I couldn’t wait and she said they’d call me back.
Almost a week later I called again and asked to speak with an account manager to once again attempt to cancel my account. The person I spoke with took all of my info and then told me he would attempt to reach an account manager. I was on the call for 15 minutes before I finally spoke with an account rep who then cancelled the service and refunded me. While the last 2 people I spoke with were polite, it took entirely too long to reach them and I cannot recommend them or their services.
Then I went online to my state and formed a new company and followed up with an EIN from the IRS in less than an hour for less than a third of the cost I had been charged.

You can do this all on your own through state agencies support will not cancel your subscription charged me 200 so i could get my LLC within 48hrs its been 2 WEEKS! ZERO STARS
Sent me another client’s confidential IRS documents
Used ZenBusiness to form my LLC and file for an EIN. Instead of my own EIN letter, they sent me the IRS notice for a completely different business — full name, home address, and federal tax ID of a stranger. That’s a serious data handling failure, not a typo.
On top of that: long wait times, slow support, and I still don’t have the correct document for my own business days later. If they mixed up my paperwork with someone else’s, I have zero confidence in how they’re handling sensitive information across the board.
