They fixed it!!!!
Saw a review that this was fixed and tried it…..Pulled the camera from the garbage electronics pile and re download app….All works perfectly again!!!! Thanks a million!!!
Update on service
Login issue or service has been restored. There are reviews saying the developer hadnt updated the app and it was no longer working. This was the case, but mine is working again. 5 stars otherwise. Great!!

Network Error
Worked well for many years - needs an update asap! My cameras are now useless without a working app to support them!!
Not working
Can’t change anything on camera settings. I can finally see my license feed after 4 months of the app not working. Cameras are on but zero notifications after November. I can only view my cameras if I’m on data vs WiFi. What’s going on? Will be switching to Nightowl as they have the same cameras but cheaper.

Used to be awesome, but now will not get past “Network Error” useless camera now and no info from Amcrest at all….
No longer working!!
With the past couple of iPhone updates, the Zencam Security app no longer works. Kept getting messages about check your network, which was working properly. Decided to log out and log back in, now I can’t even do that. It just pops up a Network Error message. Now I’m faced with having to go buy new cameras. They won’t be Zencams.

Worked no doesn’t
I have had this camera and app for 3 years. Never had an issue now I can’t log into app to see camera. Want a waste of such a good product.
Network error
Something is going on that I can sign onto the cameras and network error. I don’t know what’s happening for the last three weeks. I haven’t been able to sign on. All I get is a network error and I am unable to use the system.
Not work
Don’t throw away your money, the app hasn’t worked for months, so the cameras were a thrown away expense, since when you don’t access the app, the cameras don’t work.

In the past 3 past I’m trying to use the app but only shows NETWORK ERROR and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection.
App stopped working.
I am not able to log in into my account or reset password.
Was very happy
App still sends push notifications, but I too get the network error. Nothing wrong with my network as I also monitor the cameras with Blue Iris and they show up there just fine. Resetting the power to the cameras does nothing.

Network connectivity
I would have given this app and cameras five stars a month ago but I am getting connection issues that state “Network error, please check network config!” The app on my iPhone also will not connect. When will there be an update for desktop and phone apps?
