Hard to connect and set up
Flawed from the start
I couldn’t even register. It kept telling me to use a 6-12 character password with both letters and numbers. I did, yet nothing.
App issues
App won’t let me log in after using it continuously for a month. Now it won’t accept the requested password protocol. No matter the combination I put in it just keeps restating 6-12 characters. Frustrated after how user friendly it seemed!
Wireless TENS unit
I bought this unit because it was wireless and I could use the app instead of carrying around another devise. I really like this product. I just wish they would update the app to allow for continuous usage instead of just 60 mins max. I hate after the time is up the unit shuts off and I have to blindly figure out which is the power button to restart. PLEASE consider updating the app to allow continuous usage time.

iPhone 17 issues
The app will not pair with my new iPhone 17. App worked with my previous iPhone 12, but now that I got a new phone my TENS Units will no longer pair. Please update/fix.
