Hard to connect and set up
Flawed from the start
I couldn’t even register. It kept telling me to use a 6-12 character password with both letters and numbers. I did, yet nothing.
App issues
App won’t let me log in after using it continuously for a month. Now it won’t accept the requested password protocol. No matter the combination I put in it just keeps restating 6-12 characters. Frustrated after how user friendly it seemed!
Wireless TENS unit
I bought this unit because it was wireless and I could use the app instead of carrying around another devise. I really like this product. I just wish they would update the app to allow for continuous usage instead of just 60 mins max. I hate after the time is up the unit shuts off and I have to blindly figure out which is the power button to restart. PLEASE consider updating the app to allow continuous usage time.

iPhone 17 issues
The app will not pair with my new iPhone 17. App worked with my previous iPhone 12, but now that I got a new phone my TENS Units will no longer pair. Please update/fix.

Useless
I purchased the neck and shoulder model K4015 and it will not connect to the app via Bluetooth making it completely useless. Customer service is nonexistent so I will return this product and buy from a different company.

Otherwise the unit works great about 50% of the time, but when you get it on it gets the job done!
I regret not buying the one with a dedicated remote. The blue tooth seems to disconnect frequently.

App no longer will connect my device. Don’t buy anything from Comfytemp because you won’t be able to use it due to their inability to provide a working app

My only complaint is that I can’t connect to sets at the same time. I would like to have them going on both knees at the same time. Great device.
Great products
So far I’ve purchased their TENs Unit, Heated Elbow Brace, XL Back Heating Pad with Massage, and the Leg Massager. I’ll probably be buying more. Are they perfect? No, but I’m not on a hospital bed either. I get exactly what I need in the comfort of my home without being tied to a plug. So far everything I purchased is worth every penny. The app is easy to use and I find the extra modes a nice touch. I definitely recommend. I’m a C-Spine patient with vein issues in lower leg, neck issues, and carpal tunnel. Blown and herniated discs, bulging discs, and nerve damage all respond to what I’ve purchased. Happy Customer!

Cannot remove device?
Cannot remove device. Cannot reconnect after connection persistently failed ? Otherwise, it’s good.

I’ve had three of the two vibrating massagers and one of the four vibrating massagers two of the two vibrating massagers failed after two or three months because of using them all the time the vibrating motors in the unit get hot and they start deteriorating and stop running or they break loose inside the massager and plastic hurt your back more than the massaging helps

Steals your data
This app requires you to set up an account. Where do you think all your data gets sent when you use the app? Now they have information about your devices making it easier to hack. There is absolutely no need to have an app for this simple device. Simply an espionage device
Login required to use
For some reason you have to login to the app. Why do you need to login with Apple, Facebook or Google so they can track you just to use their device.
