Endless crashing when uploading files
I have used the app a handful of times, and my app crashes nonstop as soon as I am done recording. I can’t get anything to upload, but my cohost has no issues on their own phone with their own account. I love the audio and video quality, and the ability to edit each speaker independently from the others, but I have to fight just to get my files at all. I can’t even use the “recover backup” feature because the email I should receive with the backup file just says FAILED anytime I request it.
Customer Support has been able to find and share my backup files with me so far, so we tried again. I guess I have to transition to my desktop only now because I can’t get mobile to work at all after it gives me false hope from a successful recording session.

Canceled but still charged annually
The App gave the option of a free trial and after cancellation, I was still charged for the full year! It’s a very misleading process and still haven’t gotten my refund! Stay away from this App…
