Very poor App!

I used it twice and it is very poor app! I paid for tickets for my son events at his school, and the tickets never come! I have to manually contact customer support to send it. It’s 2026 and AI era, yet those guys never heard of automation!

Friendly interface

I just started using the app to manage school fees also I found friendly interface and easy to use app that you can relay on to manage upcoming school fees… I will recommend zenda for my family and friends

Easy and convenient

Since we’ve got the app it has made easier any payments required by the school, from School Fees, Trips and events, it is very simple to use - user friendly - convenient and we don’t have to worry about making transfers or have cash available, aside from being at your fingertips on the phone.

This school app has made managing payments incredibly easy and fast. Being able to make instant payments for school fees, lunch, and trips directly in the app is a huge time saver.

This app froze, I was charged twice for transaction, and refused a refund for the second charged - quoting policy. Full disclosure, they offered a discount. Unacceptable.

Update - Customer service refused to support and resolve issue.

Infuriating. Beware. Will never use them again.

Bug ridden nonsense

You cannot have 2 children under the same view.

You have to log in and out all the time to see different KIDS. This is a feature apparently.

However they combine two kids payments against one child for no reason apart from a bug in their app.

Easier way to pay

The app is easy and clear! Customer service is always on hand as well in case you need help

Needs work

Unfortunately the app has no Apple Pay installed. Everytime we have to pay something, the card details need to be manually updated which is honestly cumbersome. Unfortunately the school only uses this app so parents are forced to use it to make payments. I would not recommend such an outdated app if left to me.
