A little annoyed

2/3 of my lights just disconnected randomly and no matter the trouble shooting, I removed both devices in hopes that maybe they just needed to be readded. Neither is showing up. I’m at a loss. The troubleshooting instructions don’t help either

Easy to use and setup

Great app that works consistently and was easy to setup

Does not detect the light

Absolutely will not detect the led strip. I have plugged and unplugged the lights, I have redownloaded the app even though it was a fresh install to begin with, I have restarted my phone. There is nothing more I can do to make this device work, waste of money.
