Does not detect the light
Absolutely will not detect the led strip. I have plugged and unplugged the lights, I have redownloaded the app even though it was a fresh install to begin with, I have restarted my phone. There is nothing more I can do to make this device work, waste of money.
Sucks, didn’t even last four days. Just don’t waist your time.
I got my lights a couple years ago and four days ago I figured out that it had an app. Yesterday witch would have been day three of having the app, they turned on fine let me change the color had then on for about an hour. When to turn them off with this app and they would not turn off instead it buffered and changed the color. So I turn them off with the remote, then today day four, they won’t turn on at all with the app, they won’t turn off with the app, they wouldn’t change the color, they won’t do anything. Please acknowledge your reviews and make a difference to your app this is just unprofessional and i wish i never downloaded it.

alright, but please fix:
it works just fine but on the main screen if you click anywhere on it, the light turns on at 100% brightness. this is really annoying when trying to go to sleep. I am excited to see future updates!

К сожалению у меня пульт сломался давным-давно, и единственный выход управлять подсветкой приложение. Раньше работало на отчетно, но сейчас он работает через раз, приходится по сто раз включать и выключать блютуз, перезаходить в приложение, вытаскивать саму ленту из розетки.
Disappointed
I can no longer access the app as every time I open it, it comes up with an error message almost immediately!! It has been like this now for 2 days!!

Chinese trash
This app is complete trash. Now I’m completely unable to even change the colors or do anything because an error message appears. Now I can’t even use these lights at all. I wish they weren’t made in some ugly, rancid, Chinese warehouse or maybe I’d like them. But they suck. And I hope they read this.

White screen
I have reinstalled the app several times and rebooted my phone. All I get after being asked if I want to enable Bluetooth is a white screen.
App doesn’t work
The lamp is amazing and I love it. I haven’t had it a week and the app won’t even load anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not work. Only used the app for a day.
Blank Screen After Update. Again
The app worked great until I updated to Version 1.4.8 which is now a gray blank screen. There is no option to download previous versions and the report a problem option takes me nowhere. Leaving a review is the way to report a problem for this app
Screen stays white cant use app
App doesn’t work. Screen stays on a constant white screen and cannot use the app. I’ve followed the TestFlight steps to reinstall through there and nothing has worked. Please help provide a fix.

Приложение удобное ,не надо искать пульт .Жаль что нет функции «добавить цвет»,чтобы он сохранился ,например персиковый который я сделала по цветовому кругу .Из минусов - то что при переключении каналов подсветка мигает
Please add more to timers!
The timers work as expected for what's available, but I wish you could use the candle settings and custom functions in the timers as well as the regular colors. I'd rate it higher if that were case, because the specified schedules are what I really enjoy.
