A piece of trash
Two deal breaking issues: the lights struggle to connect and the adhesive is not nearly strong enough to stick them to anything. After a short while of owning the lights, they now no longer connect to my phone, despite quite literally making every effort. I wonder if the internal BT components have eroded away, which wouldn’t surprise me with the lights’ abysmal build quality.
They can’t even stay adhered to the wall. I have had to support them myself time and again with double sided tape. Utterly infuriating, good riddance to this disappointing piece of trash.
As a side note, a testament to the manufacturer’s/developer’s utter indifference is the years of reviews left complaining about these very issues. Wish I had seen them before purchasing, this product is just slop.

A little annoyed
2/3 of my lights just disconnected randomly and no matter the trouble shooting, I removed both devices in hopes that maybe they just needed to be readded. Neither is showing up. I’m at a loss. The troubleshooting instructions don’t help either
Easy to use and setup
Great app that works consistently and was easy to setup
Does not detect the light
Absolutely will not detect the led strip. I have plugged and unplugged the lights, I have redownloaded the app even though it was a fresh install to begin with, I have restarted my phone. There is nothing more I can do to make this device work, waste of money.
Sucks, didn’t even last four days. Just don’t waist your time.
I got my lights a couple years ago and four days ago I figured out that it had an app. Yesterday witch would have been day three of having the app, they turned on fine let me change the color had then on for about an hour. When to turn them off with this app and they would not turn off instead it buffered and changed the color. So I turn them off with the remote, then today day four, they won’t turn on at all with the app, they won’t turn off with the app, they wouldn’t change the color, they won’t do anything. Please acknowledge your reviews and make a difference to your app this is just unprofessional and i wish i never downloaded it.

постоянно лагает, не работает, приходиться вытыкать ленту из розетки
No switch off timer
Off timer please
alright, but please fix:
it works just fine but on the main screen if you click anywhere on it, the light turns on at 100% brightness. this is really annoying when trying to go to sleep. I am excited to see future updates!
Disappointed
I can no longer access the app as every time I open it, it comes up with an error message almost immediately!! It has been like this now for 2 days!!
грустно

Chinese trash
This app is complete trash. Now I’m completely unable to even change the colors or do anything because an error message appears. Now I can’t even use these lights at all. I wish they weren’t made in some ugly, rancid, Chinese warehouse or maybe I’d like them. But they suck. And I hope they read this.

White screen
I have reinstalled the app several times and rebooted my phone. All I get after being asked if I want to enable Bluetooth is a white screen.
