This app is so beautiful 😊

I know myself better by taking the quizzes, journaling, and doing the exercises to use my body to feel my feelings! It also helps me build a self-care habit. I never know self-care can be this easy. Now, I’m committed to keeping my streak.

Pathetic

It was great till I realized you only get a few messages per day. It’s pathetic that you make people pay to have a chatbot respond to someone’s feelings.

Truly so helpful — I love journaling in general, but it’s a whole different level when a journal like Zenie can respond and deepen my thinking and reflecting.

Zenie has been life changing

Zenie has helped me change negative beliefs, accomplish goals and work through difficult emotional problems. The responses to my entries always have a caring tone and helpful advice. The quizzes are really fun but I would encourage others to start writing and go deeper than just having fun with the first insights.

Not your typical app

I love Zenie. There are so many fun things you can do on the app. The quizzes you can do are so fun and interesting and you learn so much about yourself. It’s cool that you can chat with AI and it asks you meaningful and thoughtful questions. Zenie is helping me grow intellectually and emotionally.
