This app, and everything about this so called service SUCKS!!! And when you call customer service, the people are RUDE AF! Can’t wait for the day this “service” goes AWAY
Garbage
This app, along with the company, is garbage. I have to do so much secretary work just to get bills paid, they should put me on payroll. “Submit receipts” app only lets you submit 1. Then it’s gets booted because it’s not good enough. Well, if I could upload more than 1 damn photo at a time when you are requesting the (info from me that you provided me), yes I said that right, then you could do your job! But no, in a couple weeks you are going to tell me that I need to pay my HRA back! Then I get to sit on hold for an hour to talk to someone I can’t understand to try and get this BS pushed through! I wish I could rate this zero stars because you are not worth the minimum 1!

Constant problems!
Why does this company regularly deny my prescription copays?
Terrible
Very difficult to use. When adding receipts you have to constantly go back through menu to add more. Then once you submit them it should go away but it doesn’t.

A concerned card holder
I have been using my benefits card for nothing but medical payments and how can you have the right to deny use of my card , it’s my money that I have in the account, I find this ignorance you know exactly where I use this card

It does not show who the deposit is from and how many hours it was for or from what month it was reported
Notifications
Hi I’m anal when it comes to games, apps, etc. And when I can’t remove that annoying 1 notification it really makes me crazy. Idk why but fix it please. I don’t want to input my bank info and I’m guessing that’s the only way to get rid of that (1) notifications???????

Won’t upload receipts
I’ve been having lots of trouble getting receipts to upload….super frustrating
Cannot create account
I have downloaded this app and it is not allowing me to establish an account because it is not accepting the employer name. It says the employer is not found. I have also tried putting in the name of the local union instead, but it’s still not being recognized. What do I do??
