No way to access saved listings
Decent app with one fundamental error - you can save listings but you can’t access your saved listing list. Please fix!
The best home search app!!
This home search engine has it all! As a realtor, I can help save searches & chat directly with my clients. I even have a co-client collaboration of a husband/wife where we all 3 chat about the home search! Best thing is they have the ability to add a search, save & delete homes as needed. Highly recommend!!

rough around the edges
many rough edges and mildly annoying bugs (eg double tapping an image and then unzooming makes it impossible to scroll), but it shows you all the realtor listings so it is kinda indispensable
Best tool to deep dive in a market!
It lets you filter and see historical data, super versatile!!! Clearly they understand what you need when looking for the markets

Email preferences are a hellish nightmare
The app is great for finding apartments, but for the love of god please provide some way of unsubscribing from emails. I’ve tried all of the app’s antiquated methods of updating my email preferences but I keep getting daily emails, despite having found my apartment months ago. Developers, please fix this!

Very helpful app, lacking customer service
I am an early adopter of this app and have found it to be the best. My only gripe is that the customer service now will ignore any issues that they deem low priority. They used to be very quick to react to bug fixes , but now it seems like they just don’t care about the user experience

I’m suddenly being bombarded by Zenlist emails. I got over 100 in the last 5 minutes. I hope it’s a glitch and not the new norm.
