Проблемы со входом и никакой реакции на обращение в поддержку
Пользуюсь приложением около 6 лет. Но стоило мне выйти со своего аккаунта, то войти обратно я уже просто не могу. Авторизация через Гугл не работает. Обращалась по имейл в тех. поддержку — ответа нет. Очень обидно. Приложение нравилось, но такие банальные вещи и ты потерял доступ ко всему финансовому за 6 лет.

Есть минусы
Интеграции у ВТБ постоянно отваливаются - каждый раз нужно перепривязывать. Яндекс Банк уже который месяц невозможно подключить то с ошибкой 59, то с какой-то другой.
Ну и без полноценной десктоп или веб версии планирование невозможно нормально использовать, так как любой мобильный интерфейс имеет свои ограничения. Если приложение продолжает оставаться онли-мобайл - придется искать какой-то другой сервис

Приложение для iPad
Пора бы уже сделать приложение для iPadOS. Очень не хватает.
Поддержка не отвечает
Оплатил подписку и теперь мне пишут, что она привязалась с другой почте. После этого поддержка уже неделю не отвечает 👏

Sync with banks is not working
Many banks from the list no longer sync, and support does not resolve this issue.

There is no feedback from technical support. When synchronization problems arise, it takes a very long time to resolve the issues.

Simple and easy to use
Does what it’s supposed to, recurring spend is useful and thoughtful - wished there was a clear button for the dollar amount to avoid fiddling with positioning the cursor each day when recording actual spend.
Still the best app but…
Lately, with each new updates it just becomes slower and slower. Transactions list is slow and scrolling often feels like it’s “jelly”. App randomly freezes while adding new expense. Category icons disappear. I have a lifetime plan, so it’s still best for money I paid, but come on, it was much better before

Revamp is excellent
I had this app earlier and it didnt click with me then but I just downloaded it again 2 months ago and its revamp is excellent. The short nuggets that it gives like this month savings is higher etc. are really helpful plus the analytics through AI are insightful! Telegram bot as well gives good insights regularly. I am hoping this app will improve as lot of help sections are still non-english. After using 100s of apps i will surely recommend this one for expenses!

2 месяца пользовался приложением с расширенной подпиской. Сменил телефон и часть банков перестала синхронизироваться. 2 недели не могут исправить синхронизацию с т-банком,поддержка игнорирует. При этом поставить подписку на стоп они не могут.
Such a good app
I’ve tried about 10 different finance apps and this is by far the best!.
It has some problems (so 4* for now) but I connected bank accounts and imported csv files from a total of 30 accounts in three currencies with fewer problems than much more expensive apps

На письма с просьбой о помощи не отвечают совсем никак. Полезнее писать смывному бачку в туалете.

The app is very convenient for tracking expenses, but currently I have one issue when adding new expenses, and also on the Accounts tab not all icons are loading.
