Terrible App, Slow and Lots of Bugs

Very slow app with lots of bugs, the latest one just pops up with “Error: year date and time parameters describe an unrepresentable date and time” and it doesn’t let you submit any expenses. What do you expect from a NZ based tech company?

Very Slow

The app takes so long to do anything
Needs the ability to select more than one photo at a time.

Horrible

Probabaly the worst app I have ever used. So bad that I am considering changing employers to one that doesn’t use this app so that I don’t have to use it anymore. The lag time is incredibly long, just for something as a simple as selecting yes or no for if tax is included. Adding a photo of a receipt? Best to go and make yourself a coffee or watch a movie. Need to add multiple employees? Forgot about it unless you book out your entire morning. Dial up internet is faster than this app. Avoid if possible.

The worst

Terrible, slow, I hate this

Awesome with Travel and Expense

One app to do expense and travel

Crashes

Current IOS software and won’t load past face recognition screen

Not Good.

One of the most unreliable apps I’ve ever used the expense matching is nonexisting. It seems every two weeks you have to re-login. Once in the app it needs a 4 digit pin but I’ve never had to use that again. I would not recommend this app to any company there are better options out there.

Doesn’t work

It’s doesn’t work. It’s forever spinning and cannot find flights.

Review

Regularly seems to be impossible to log in to this app. The monthly requirement to change your password is diabolical, where it seems to rejects password changes just to make your life difficult.

Slick

Very much like the apps I’m used to for leisure travel, it’s the most user friendly business travel tool I’ve come across.
