Defective Theme
Changed the theme to “futuristic” & now I can no longer review crucial information. It removed the option to change the theme. Now I’m trapped with no way to view all my information or even my previous shifts properly. Please help/fix ASAP!!!
Infinite loading screen
I open the app and the screen loads forever no matter if I have good WiFi and I can’t clock out sometimes because of this
Effective
I use this app for intersolutions property staffing and I love the scheduling and timestamp and im able to monitor my time, paystubs and important info for payroll. Any errors with my time i can see it in real-time i love it
Good app as an employee
Never had any problems with them good app in my opinion
IT needs to update app
The app crashes and lags constantly. Time entry and checking assignments is a headache because of this. The developers need to address these issues.

It crashes , won’t let u clock in on time, tells u to wait so your late. Have to put time in multiple times a day cause the app crashes constantly. I call my job to have them put my time in cause this app crash’s all day long
Needs improvement
Not all messages are visible, and the app experiences significant lag and slow performance.
Needs soooo much work
Honestly, this app needs so much work, really the ATS in general needs help. There is so much lag in the app and desktop version.
Biggest annoyance for the app is when you open up a text thread and it gives you a blank thread not displaying any text at all. If you close the app completely and open the app again this does NOT solve the issue. Can’t do my work properly while on the go if I’m not provided with adequate tools.

Its very nice. I can see my details in the app and it’s very easy to use.

No call log
Wish there was a call log in the app you can review to see all recent calls whether they were made in the mobile or desktop app. The only call history you can see on the phone is in you phone’s call log which is annoying. And if you called out using the desktop app, there are not in your phone history.
