Can’t open after update

I’m also in the cycle of being asked to update, going to App Store and it telling me to open app the around and around. Pretty wild that contact details for Zenshifts are so invisible. Usually quite like this app but it left me high and dry so now the trust is broken 🙈😵‍💫😵‍💫
