I love this platform. Our techs can complete reports right in the app in the field. Real time deficiency reporting which can be funneled into a quote and then turned into a ticket is very efficient and ensures nothing gets missed. Invoicing from the app is straight forward and user friendly. Customer Service is always very helpful.

I liked the inspection flow
The way the app supports dynamic inspection forms, it’s wonderful. The flow is precise and can be customized as per need. Also it has split screen which is helpful while using this and maps for navigation side by side.
Terrible
I’m not even sure if any other company actually uses or my job just did because they got a deal but it is a terrible system constantly has issues only works on iPhone half the time android doesn’t even have a app and you gotta do work arounds to get it to work. We lost one employee do to him getting in trouble to many times for his tickets not being correct or done on time because this service is such junk.

This app is horrible, is nothing like the pictures, slow , does not work as it should , so many issue that never get fixed that are reported
