Scam???
What is wrong with some of you people and what world do you live in? the world that we live in today, What services can you get for free? Yes this my own opinion. $50 fee for application is a little steep In my opinion but understandable. Some of us are you coming here because we may not be able to get an account with our local bank for various reasons. Therefore, you may have an issue getting account here. That’s just my own opinion and my own situation so if I choose to apply, I’ll apply fully aware that my account may not be approved due to my own financial inconsistencies.

Abysmal IT and customer service
On the 5th of December 2024, I downloaded the Zenus Bank app and tried to open a bank account. Unfortunately, the passport Scan function to verify my identity was not working with my IPhone 15. I contacted the customer service department the same day, December 5th 2024. Three weeks later, the Zenus Bank IT department had still not resolved their passport scan issue on their app, and I was still unable to create a Zenus bank account. I requested a refund from the company until their issue was resolved, and they advised me they would proceed with a refund on December 26th 2024. Almost a month later, January 20th 2025, and I have still not received any refund from Zenus. I have unfortunately now had to file a dispute through my Credit Card provider. Absolutely abysmal customer service and IT department with immense delays and not following up on their actions. Avoid this app and this bank.

I paid but got nothing
I paid the fee and then I typed in all the informations needed. At the end, on the last step, the app has an error message that can’t be solved, it looks like a bug and done. I asked to get my money back, they said no. I will also inform apple about that because you need first to pay the fee and then the app has an issue. That’s not ok!

Al momento de registrar. Te piden los últimos 4 dígitos de alguna tarjeta de crédito. Y con eso es más que suficiente para que te hagan cargos por membresías que jamás contrataste. Son unos rateros! Ya estoy presentando cargos por robo con quien resulte responsable @apple. Intensifica las apps que pones en tu tienda. Delincuencia descarada

Es un proceso muy engorroso con errores y si no lo completas o aportas un dato mal simplemente rechazan tu aplicación y te roban literalmente el dinero. No lo recomiendo, eviten descargar esta aplicación o sumarse

It’s a fake app
This app ask for 50 usd as a fee in the start process. They charge de amount but doesn’t let to create the account so your money doesn’t goes back. By the end of 30 days the charge is making again.

This bank is very bad and they just make money by a charging fee. very gross user interface and app experience are full of crap even a kid can make a better app than this.
They charge $50 fee to submit application!
They want to charge everyone a $50 fee to apply for their “service” which is a great way to scam people into paying money to “apply” and then they reject you, keep the $50, and rinse and repeat. I wasn’t low IQ enough to apply, but I’ve never seen anything like this where you need to pay to apply. It’s legitimate businesses do not request anyone pay before they approve you. You’ve been warned! They’ll take you right up Uranus.
