Customer service is amazing

Since having the app for work base uses, there was one bug but after contacting Shelly at ZenZap! Things got sorted very quickly and it’s not often like that you get great customer service! Thank you!

Crashing

I like the actual functionality so it’s kind of a shame that it crashes every five seconds. I literally cannot access the app at all half the time. I was tempted to give it one star to really highlight this issue but I feel bad considering the software is nice otherwise. PLEASE fix this.

Works well when not crashing

I really like the app when it is not crashing. Unfortunately, after using it for 2 days just fine, my app crashes within 10-15 seconds so I cannot use it anymore. I hope this bug is patched in the next update.

Just another data trawler

After about six months of use, suddenly demanded my phone number and wouldn’t give me access to my chats unless I did. Seems like yet another data trawl. Its user interface was hardly intuitive to use or easy on the eye. So I just deleted and went back to WhatsApp.

Desktop App is the WORST

It will not open, just keeps freezing and crashing! And to use the program on Desktop it lags and take forever for you to see messages that were sent to you. The phone app is fine though, but need better desktop capabilities.

Great replacement for WhatsApp

If you’re looking to replace WhatsApp for internal chat with more control, then this is the app for you!!
But I do have a wish list of things this app would do!!
- Video Meetings (like Google meets/teams)

You can start a video meeting via Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom right from Zenzap chats, just tap the call icon in the top-right corner of a conversation.

Perfect messaging app for work

Zenzap rescued my workday from drowning in endless emails and WhatsApp threads. On top of that, it runs seamlessly. None of the clunky lags or awkward sync issues I’ve run into with other apps.

It’s ok….

App is ok, like the idea but app needs work as messages don’t always get delivered when sent. Sometimes only get the messages couple of hours later than when someone sends them. This is not great when it could be something work related that’s urgent. For this reason all my staff in both businesses want to move back to WhatsApp. Get this fixed and rating will be 5 stars and staff will be happy.

Decent but not perfect yet.

Have recently moved to Zenzap and generally seems fine. However the biggest issue that is not helpful is not being able to search within individual group chats, only search the app as a whole.
My company has numerous group chats so this is not great when trying to find information from a specific group.
