Perfect Companion for GLP-1 Users
I am enjoying the GlucoPal app! I use this daily to track my water intake, total calories, fiber, and protein. I also track my injections as well as side effects. I really appreciate the simplicity of the app. I do not want to spend hours on an app logging everything, when I am trying to develop a routine that does not center around food. I can enter my totals once or twice daily and feel really good about it.

Love using this app, it reminds me when I’m due for my shot, allows me to document any good or bad side effects, calculates weight loss and keeps me focused on where I am in my weight loss journey!
A handy app
Has been really helpful. Would be handy if the calories could be reported in kilojoules. The water tracker is useless as they don’t define what a glass is, it would be better if it were in litres.

This is a great app I track my injections and all my food And water intake!!

So far the app has worked as intended. Only time will tell. Would be nice to have the water in cups or liters rather than glasses.

Great GLP-1 App
This app has helped me immensely! It’s easy to log your daily food intake, water, help with your protein/fiber needs, log your side effects if any and keep track of injections etc! I’m glad I found this. Will continue using this through my journey!
Keeps me accountable!
This app really works to keep me on track with my protein and water intake while loosing weight. Some of the meal logging is a little clunky - you have to save things you eat often, but it charts and reinforces your weight loss.

I have recently started taking Zepbound, and I wanted to make sure I recorded everything and did everything the right way. This app has made that so easy! I love how it tracks my progress. I also appreciate that it keeps track of the injection site each week. This app is easy to use and is truly helping to keep me on track with my goals.
