Watch not even connected with phone collect data through microphone and feed it to google account.
High Metrics values
Recently noticed that the metrics are being shown by multiplied by 1000+. For example, distance today is 383.96, 8181 kcal etc for without any activities. Please check and fix.
Can’t connect
Watch steps was not getting synced with app, so reset the watch. Can’t bind after trying for 100 times
Poor Application
Please add GPX/TCX export and Strava sync. Many users want to analyze their running heart rate in Strava or use third-party fitness platforms.
Terrible support for ios
Absolutely horrible user experience. The watch does not connect to the app, i.e. does not share any data whatsoever. But on the other hand notifications keeps working. Can’t change the watch face for a month. Absolutely horrible experience.

No activity sync with Apple fitness or health app

Has potential for growth
The pop series watches are great but this app is so immature and half-baked. Some areas even have Chinese texts even if English selected. Please fix and improve this app further.
Lacks customisation in the app
Not enough customisation to do in watch with this app. I have used zepp life and its far more better than this.
