Bad app
Wouldn’t even let me sign up it said that there was no WiFi when I was definitely connected to the WiFi. Do not recommend.
Product discontinued
Zepp lost a copyright lawsuit by Blast Motion and was forced to stop everything with their swing analyzers. If you bought one, you’ll have limited capabilities, but don’t log out. The server that hosts the system no longer does so you can’t log in. If you stay in, you can’t change anything about the hitter or add new ones. You can only see current swing data for existing players. Log out and the expensive sensor becomes totally useless. It won’t work with the blast app either.

Couldn’t even get in!
I went to sign up for the app and it kept on telling me that my network was unstable. I had 4 bars and my wifi was all the way up. I tried at another house and it told me the same thing!
Can’t use the app
I can’t even use the app was logged in but wouldn’t work and threw error codes so I deleted it and redownloaded it and now I can’t log in it needs to be fixed.
Bad
I haven’t been on the app for a while. But when I tried to get on non of my passwords worked and when I tried to make another account with other emails it still didn’t work
Fix the Bug
Was a great app and even without updates it was usable until a couple days ago. Now it won’t connect to the sensor at all and won’t allow me to create or update players or info. Please fix whatever error is causing the complete failure of the system!

Can’t login/sign upshows domain error. Did they shut down the service?

You will not be able to login or sign up. It appears that has completely discontinued support for the app, but has not taken it down from the App Store.

audio stop
super good app, the only problem i have is the video stops playing audio like 10 seconds before the video ends.

At least until they switched to being a smart watch Company. Then they ended support (The developer website link on this page takes you to the smart watch page) and the page for the tracker (ZEPP Labs) no longer has a portal where you could look at the stats from there. I would love to be able to just download all my data as a Excel file so I can analyze it.

Not bad, but no sound
On my phone if I play any video, no sound will come out of my speakers, and it sticks that it is that way because it has been helping my brother a lot
Everything is good but updates for new bats
Everything is awesome about the app but it would help if there was an update of the new bats so I can have the right bat for the bat profile
Sound
I enjoy softball and play. I was looking for a app or website for more information for off season. I tapped in many categories and the sound seemed to not work. I powered off my phone multiple times and restarted the whole app. Is anyone else getting this issue?
Crappy
The app itself is a good idea but it doesn’t work well with my IPhone XR. It worked just fine on my old iPhone 8 Plus.
Videos stop playing
The videos start and then the app will crash randomly. I contacted support and they told me to restart my iPad. It worked for a little while and then repeated the same problem.
The videos will start and freeze or the videos will start and the entire app will shutdown.
I would give it a lower rating but the product works great it’s just a bad app. Product is 5 stars.

Video tutorials will not play.
The app sounds good, from what I have heard. I downloaded the app on my iPhone to help my son in youth baseball. I would like to purchase the sensor for his bat as well. But None of the video tutorials will play. If I can solve this problem, I will purchase the sensor.
Good but...
Needs updates. Customer service is spotty. Works good when you figure out the app. Would be better if app was more user friendly.
