Can’t log in
I bought the sensor a few years ago and it all worked well. Found it again recently and downloaded the app to my new phone but it constantly says that there is no network connection when there clearly is. Is this a known bug?

Password request goes directly to no internet connection note. I wonder if Zepp has abandoned its users.

The app says I am not connected to a network. I am connected and I am also on cellular. The app no longer works. I can’t even sign in to it.

Have had this app for a while and cannot log into my app….did at one time and after I transferred all info to my new iPad, just not able to log on to account. Please fix so I can log on to my account in Zepp Golf.

This app no longer works
I’ve been using this app for a few years but it won’t work after downloading to my new phone. The app installed in my iPad still works . Reports on Reddit say the app will not allow new log ins as zeppelin golf is now defunct. All those sensors they sold are now useless !
