I recently purchased the Zepp Tennis device, and unfortunately, I am experiencing significant issues with it. The device does not turn on or connect to my mobile phone, rendering it completely unusable.
I have followed all the setup instructions provided in the user manual and have ensured that the device is fully charged. Despite this, I am unable to power it on or establish any connection with the Zepp app on my smartphone.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please guide me through the troubleshooting steps, or let me know if this issue might be related to a defective unit?

Leider kann ich den kürzlich erworbenen Sensor mit keiner App mehr verbinden, damit ist der Sensor unbrauchbar und er wird auch noch bei Tennispoint angeboten.

Beware don’t buy this sensor or any sensor from this company. Website is down, no support, sensor app is not working anymore. They closed company without alert their cútomers. Let’s their customer hang with useless sensor and app.

La aplicación no deja loguearte y no cuenta con ningún soporte. Por consecuencia no se puede usar el sensor de 100 euros para jugar al tenis. Una estafa total, el sensor sin aplicación no se puede utilizar.

Die App funktioniert gar nicht mehr
Der Entwickler hat die App abgeschaltet. Eine Anmeldung ist mehr möglich. Alle Zepp Sensoren funktionieren folglich nicht mehr und können entsorgt werden. Die App hat im Appstore nichts mehr zu suchen

credo che la ZEPP abbia abbandonato il progetto, visto che l’app non viene aggiornata da anni, ma credo che chi ha comprato il prodotto meriti più rispetto e che Apple dovrebbe pretendere di più dagli sviluppatori

지금 사용하긴 힘든 앱
2023년 기준 Zepp2 센서를 이용해서 사용해보려 했지만
아이폰과 해상도도 안 맞고 앱을 더이상 업데이트하지 않는 것으로 보여짐.
죽어서 사라질 어플...

app stuck and crashes after first sync and cannot do anything with it anymore
Bugs need fixing
Works really well but the app needs update for phones with far ID. The top buttons are in an awkward spot.
Also can’t change Apple Watch settings.
