이번 APP 버전은 자주 사용하지 않는 기능은 제거하고 핵심기능만 편리하게 사용하도록 하였습니다. 기존과 달리 클라우드 서버 연동을 하지않고 블루투스 통신만을 통해 베개(기기)를 제어합니다. 따라서 기존 버전과 달리 어떠한 사용자 개인의 정보도 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. This APP version has removed the functions that are not frequently used and has made it convenient to use only the core functions. Unlike the existing ones, it does not connect to the cloud server and controls the pillow (device) only through Bluetooth communication. Therefore, unlike the previous version, no personal information of the user is stored on the server. Without going through the membership registration process, you can conveniently use the snoring detection and automatic height adjustment functions by simply connecting Bluetooth once.

Overheats my phone

App makes my phone heat up when sleep mode is activated. Will damage it in the long run so not worth it.

Stopped working

Pillow was decent. Had some pretty good sleep with it. And then the app decided to crap out on me. I wish there was good support associated with it.

Horrible!!!

I got my pillow and was so excited to use it!!! After downloading de app and plugging the pillow is time to set it!!! Bluetooth connected and then.... frozen. I can’t get to next page and I’m frozen on “Next 3/4”. What can I do??? Please need help!!!

I have an iPhone and still unable to enter a password I have emailed the company no reply... very concerned...

Dead on arrival!!

Received the pillow, Couldn’t find the app on the Apple App Store, sent an email to ZEREMA. Received a reply and a link to the app. Downloaded the app, verified the email address and password. Couldn’t connect. I’ve never received a product as useless out of the box as this one.

Contacting support gets a one day apologetic response, but doesn’t solve the problem.

Can’t control anything on the pillow. Useless!!

Update after week.
Finally able to connect pillow. After three nights no sleep data except total sleep rime fir one night. The most consistent thing it does is drain the iPhone battery completely by morning even when phone is being charged magnetically. With Beddit that never happened. This is a complete waste of money with less than useless software.
