Great App, bad shop
The app works great. I can see pictures of the items and read descriptions. The only problem is that the Zero & near me has been sold out of everything on the menu for months so it makes the app useless.
Takes so long to just place an order using the app
google apple integration is incomplete. Asks you to enter email and name again. No Apple Pay have to enter card details manually. No paste

This app barely works 90% of the time and when it finally does, it doesn't even tell when a store is open or not. I've gone to my local Zero& multiple times because the online app says they're open only for the store to be fully locked down and closed in the middle of the afternoon during the hours they're allegedly open. I just lost money on an order that's not going to be fulfilled, so thanks.

I really love this brand of Boba. However, the issue is that every time I come to Location at the great mall they never have Matcha. They really need to keep it in stock.

Great app and great service.
The app is very seamless and quick. No nonsense lagging like many other companies. The app has photos and great descriptions and also lets you know when the menu changes, again, something that other companies don’t always do efficiently. The app is quick and to the point and also lets you know the realtime queue of customers and approximate wait time. They also message you when your order is ready. 5/5 experience every time, thank you SF zero!

So good! I like going here, it always feels like a healthier than the other normal boba I get from other stores. Sometimes it has longer lines and can be expensive for a single drink, but overall this place is awesome that me and my wife will likely to come back for a dessert. Good job to all employees for making the store clean and accomodating to public.

Stuck at phone number confirmation
Lately I haven’t been able to use the app at all because it’s just stuck at the phone number confirmation part and doesn’t end up sending me the confirmation code.
It’s good but extremely stupid so I’m giving one star
They have coupon codes on the back of every cup of tea and points for stuff you buy and I like that but the thing is what if you throw away your cup????!! Then you get nothing!! No rewards!!! I love the idea but I think we should be able to see the code online in case we throw away our cup. I threw away at least a dozen cups before I even realized there was a coupon code on the back of each cup!!! They don’t tell you in the store or in the app!! Also, I don’t know why it won’t let me create new account or sign into another account. Someone signed into their account in my phone and now every time I try to use my email or Apple ID to sign in it always brings me back to the same account. What’s the point of the signing out button????!!!! Also I ordered two drinks a few days ago and it didn’t go in my order history!! So I got no points for those!!! Also my drink took so long to make! There was not even any customers inside the store but my drink took like twenty minutes to make! What I waste of time I was expecting a quick drink I almost got a heat stroke it was so dang hot and the door was wide open I didn’t feel air conditioning! Last thing. The only reason I go there is because of the passion lemonade drink. And they don’t even make it that well. They have seeds inside the drink!!! There’s a stinking one inch pile on the bottom of the cup!!! I hate it so much I hate it!!! Choking hazard and it’s absolutely disgusting!! Is it even edible??!!!! I almost threw up the first time I ate one!! They also have an option for Yakut but it’s never available!! I’m buying grapefruit refresher from Tea Fermata next time. It tastes better than this. Happy Lemon is also better. ZERO&’s boba isn’t even that good. Good app when it works, but I definitely don’t suggest you download. Tons of issues.
