A chaque fois que je souscrit à 5 gigas, dès lors qu’il me reste encore 1/3 voir 2/3 du forfait à consommer elle ne fonctionne plus et quand j’essaye de contacter le support je ne reçois aucune réponse

I had an unwanted data that I never used because I made a mistake purchasing it thinking I could call when travelling to another country since it’s important. Live agent told me and I quote “maybe next time you should have asked.”So unprofessional and maybe next time mention it to people.

I enjoyed This app a lot

I’ve been traveling a lot over the past few years, from Dubai to Thailand to New York, and I can honestly say this app has been working so great. If possible it would be nice to have whatsapp support, but the livechat already inside the app works really great too anway super satisfied thank you so much

Activation only took a few minutes, and with a little help from the live chat team, everything went smoothly. Though I wish there was a moment to clarify after the eSIM is activated, you should turn your home roaming off. I’m not a tech savvy person, hence why I asked for help from support to ensure no roaming charges. Somehow communication was crossed and I’m left with a phone bill that was meant to be avoided.
