Perfect RE task app
App is simple and made for realtors. Reduces my daily mental load so I don’t need to think about what else needs to be done or am I missing something? I check the app, if it’s on the zero page I complete it… if it’s done it disappears. It also has some basic crm tools to help me stay organized. My leads list, escrow list etc… simple clean and easy to use. 5 stars!!

Great organization tool for my team
This app has been the best place my team has found so far to store leads and track their progress through the pipeline without things getting messy. Also very easy to assign tasks to team members and keep track, especially with the shared calendar integration. Workflow definitely feels more streamlined.

I’ve tried a lot of real estate CRMs and productivity tools, and most of them feel bloated or distracting. Zero is the first one that actually feels like it was built for how agents really work day-to-day.
What stands out immediately is how focused it is. Instead of dumping a bunch of data on you, it pushes you toward action. I open the app and it’s clear what I need to do next—no digging, no guessing. That alone has helped me stay on top of leads and escrows way better than before.
The lead flow is clean and fast. Adding a new lead takes seconds, and everything important is right there without feeling overwhelming. I also like how it doesn’t try to do too much—no unnecessary features, just what actually moves deals forward.
On the escrow side, it’s the same story. It keeps things tight and organized, especially on mobile. I’m on my phone a lot, and this is one of the few apps that actually feels built for that instead of being a clunky desktop tool squeezed into a smaller screen.
Another big plus is how it nudges you without being annoying. It surfaces what matters at the right time, which makes it easier to stay consistent without feeling like you’re being micromanaged by software.
If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be that I’m curious to see how it evolves as I scale—especially with more deals and team usage. But as a solo agent or small team, it’s already incredibly solid.

Finally!
This app has become an essential part of my real estate workflow. As a part time real estate agent, Zero allows me to stay organized and reminds me of important dates and deadlines (especially contingency dates and deadlines). Now I don’t have to be all over the place and can have it stored in one place.
