Signed up only to be told failed details don’t seem right. After I have gotten the verification code by email and submitted it. FIX IT OR GET REPORT IT.

I giving it a 2 star because the app is user friendly and smooth. But there aren’t enough surveys. You cannot also verify your Momo number and for that matter you can’t cash out your points. I feel all this is deliberate. I was excited to download the app but got disappointed after finishing all surveys and couldn’t cash out.

Difficulty putting in my credentials for payment. The app just cuts off
I’ve tried severals times to put in my details so I can cash out but to no avail. Anytime I try to put in my details for verification and payment the app will just cut off . I’ve tried multiple times still the same

I love everything about the app. Very user-friendly and helpful! It streamlines data collection like none other. Finally something that provides honest, real-time information of what humans want (in terms of products, politics, religion, health, etc.) for data-driven decisions.
