How about contacting Eskom they will show you how a utility app should work !
Okay, but not great
Some things work, some things don’t. Like the recently added token simulator doesn’t work. You enter the number of units or amount you want but it returns a blank page. Please fix this because it would be very useful if it worked.
Nothing works
Is this the worst app in the world? It does NOTHING! One star is ten too many.
Disappointing
no load shedding schedule
no notifications e.g. for scheduled maintenance outages
garish and cluttered presentation that’s difficult to read
no inbuilt contact form
no facility to make payments, buy units
can’t see any outstanding balances on account
can’t make an application for a new connection in the app itself
no list of codes for the smart meters
