I love this app so much and have been using it for a couple years now ☺️ So happy with all the improvements and communication they share. I am a former Simple Bank and One Bank user - and Zeta is by far the best to have come out of that mess. Highly recommend!! 😎
APP IS A SCAM !!
Me and my wife put $100 deposit into saving once we deposit money it said our account is Now locked ! And we had to send ID and W2 paystubs ! For a review! And we still never gotten our money back even after review! PLEASE ANYONE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
Awful.
Cant complete signup because their app is garbage. Clicked "get help" chat box and nobody has reached back for over 24 hours. Id say its the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, but then I never actually had any contact beyond auto generated email. I'll be opening an account elsewhere.
Frozen stuck
Can’t get started. We both downloaded the app and filled out forms. We’ve been stuck in one of the opening menus saying we need more info. Ask to email it. Never receive email. Press help button. Directed to help email. Send help email. No response. Waste of time. Thanks!
Class action lawsuit
This “app” and so called “chat” customer service is non existent when you have an issue but when you first sign up it’s all peaches and cream. I have called the “actual bank” they use. And to no avail. They won’t even talk to you, they just give you and email. I’m just about 1/2 mile convinced that this is a total scam. I put in for a transfer from our bank and the money is no where to be found. I have googled, called “Piedmont bank” which I believe is also a scam. And a guy answered that seem to just be sitting. Around on a cell phone assigned to “sound legit”. I see others have had similar issues where their money is gone and there is no one to speak with. Also NOW all of a sudden the app keeps kicking me out. Prior to this last transfer request 95% of everything SEEM to be working. I’m about to start first eith the better business bureau, and work my way up. It might be $400 little money to them but it’d big to us and it’s missing. Not to mention they have ALL of our personal info AND THEY HAVE GHOSTED US, and the two emails that came, 1 was an automatic response and the other was basically “go back to the app”. When I went back to the app they act if it they were surprised and didn’t understand the issue which clearly a BLIND person can look at the dates and amounts and see the MONEY IS NOT THERE. When you all get ready we can go and file a class action lawsuit because clearly this women owned business is a scam, ripoff, an attempt steal, and fraud people out of their hard earned money. Not to mention identity theft and fraud. ZERO WAY TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE APP
