Keeps Resetting
Do not recommend. It used to be great, but over the last year it started continually resetting transactions I have cleared and bringing back transactions I have deleted. It no longer works to accurately manage my accounts without me spending precious time redoing everything each time it resets.
Lack of Support Response

Almost perfect but this one thing
Can you please please please add a section for refund/reimbursement? For example, “expense, income, transfer, reimbursement.” I have written to the developers before and looks like nothing has changed. A refund or reimbursement is not “income” and it is important for it to have its own category. I like the app but it's NOT perfect. I do the grocery shopping for the group and get reimburse for it, but it is NOT an income source. But I don't know how else to put it in other than doing it manually which is a headache. So if this can be simplifed, it would be great.

Not balancing
We share this app across 4 devices. Occasionally we can’t get all of the devices to balance at the same time. Also, when we’re trying to balance our checkbook the ads will pop up. I wouldn’t mind paying for the app but it seems like you have to pay per device.
Its all gone
I just did the update and it erased all my banking information from the past three years there’s no phone number for support. I track all my expenses for my home and business here and now I don’t know what to do.
