Rejected my payment
Good app but downgraded because it rejected my payment even though I used Apple Card. Guessing it’s because they kicked me out of my grandfathered Newsbang pricing and wanted to switch to the higher pricing. That’s too bad
Really interesting concept
I found this app to be a fresh way to ingest news content and think it’s going to continue to get better. Nice work so far!
Notifications
The app works great. The only problem I have found is within the last couple updates. Something happened with the notifications and it’s been bugged when I receive a notification I receive it twice back to back the same notification.

Notifications function broken
Enjoy the app but it seems that I can’t get the notifications feature to work. I have only selected Morin brief updates and I still get every notification for the insights and opinions. Please fix!

It’s “AI” adds tainted sources including terrorist supporting organizations, and regularly includes state and manufacturer propaganda. This isn’t “news”, and it’s insulting that they are included as unbiased sources.

Keep at it, you’re on the right track. Just stay honest, report the news and maybe some fun facts & even opinions. But let us know the difference.
Disable badge notifications
how do I disable your badge notifications? I’m not 15 yrs old and I’m not paying for and don’t need no stinkin badges: they lock up the app requiring that I force kill and restart the app to clear that garbage, losing my place in the feed.

Sorry to hear you don’t like the badge feature. You can close the pop-up when a badge appears, and it will be dismissed.

It’s just more propaganda
It’s just more of the same communist propaganda. I notice it has two languages (English and Chinese). It’s no less biased than any other news app. Too bad, I had high hopes.

Time saver app
This app saves me tons of time everyday. I used to go to Reddit/Apple News to get the latest news. But I had to read lengthy articles to grasp what exactly happened and people’s reactions.
With this app’s amazing summary and opinions feature I can finish one piece of news in 30 seconds. And if I have time I will go through in depth analysis on the follow ups, but I usually just skip those as that’s too wordy for me. What I like the most is that it gives controversial opinions for every piece of news, and then list detailed reason if you click into them, unlike most news articles that clearly favors one side of the story.
In short great app. The UI can use some improvements but definitely better than previous iterations.
