Cause of alcoholism
This app must have been created and managed by middle school children. Constantly crashes. So sick of watching the yellow icon spin! Always has error messages and lost connection. No pictures nor correct part descriptions. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Missing parts
Can’t order everything needed. Pictures aren’t shown for parts. Tech hub constantly shuts down. The app doesn’t log in. Right now it’s saying server is down. Try to order a part from a parts manual and it doesn’t populate when you type the part number given from the parts manual. There’s so many issues. This app is a bad experience more than good

Can’t Open Tech Hub Still
Been weeks since we’ve been able to open the Tech Hub through the app. Called the Zeus Hotline and they said it would be fixed in the next update. Where’s the update? It’s been about 3 weeks since then.
Worthless
Nothing like searching for a Hvacr part and immediately finding flush valves, toilet scrubbers, gloves, and anything other than a contactor. They use the example of flush valves in training because that’s the only part they can actually get the correct search for.
Pretty good
While, this app is not perfect. It is much better than others that I have used in the past. I’m sure with time it will get a whole lot better, more interactive and more user-friendly.
Really bad
What’s the opposite of awesome? That’s what this app is. I love it when I search for a bumper rail and Zeus suggests every single thing that is not even remotely close. “Are you looking for a spud? Here’s 27 options for electrical outlets.”

Borderline Unusable
Hours upon hours of my day are wasted trying to find parts that I can find on Google in seconds. Even with exact part numbers it is a challenge. My company is wasting so much money on this useless app and its broken search function.
Not enough part information
Basic or no information about part. Often times information about part is a bunch of random numbers (part number) parts apps should always give information like voltage, amps, motor rotation, phase, naturally open or naturally closed for switches and relays. Pictures of part are way too small or nonexistent.

Gotten better
App used to be very poor but they’ve come a long way. Still room for some improvements, but I enjoy using this method of ordering parts.
Walmart Tech
The app is great and always getting better for all types of parts you need. You can save your favorite orders and search for the parts you need. I work for Walmart HVACR in Deland, Fl. And I use this app for all my parts.
Needs improvement
I love the ease of order parts off of this app but one area that needs improvement is ability to directly communicate with suppliers to figure out right item first time and be able to send pictures in comments area ,also item pictures and descriptions need a lot of elaboration.
Easy usage
The app is easy to use if you have knowledge and understanding of actual purpose of the app. This goes for the Walmart users. This app serves its purpose. Don’t be afraid of it
Made by pre teens
Zeus can be summed up with an old saying. “In the land of the blind, the one eyed man reigns king” and it’s a great example of this application. When ordering from Zeus it’s like ordering Amazon mystery boxes, you truly do not know what you will get.
No Thanks
You would have better luck training carrier pigeons to take little notes to supply houses than use this app.

Horrendous parts app. Aside from that, I have to update it like once a week.
We live in a world of imperfections
I have used the app now for a month. It definitely has been a benefit. The only two things I think need improvement is the pictures and descriptions with details. Understandable you may not be able to take a picture of every single item but having a better description of what it is even how it connects or what it’s replacing. This has been my biggest obstacle with no picture and very limited information it makes it a gamble and finding other options easier. Using multiple ordering apps in the past I say it would definitely be just as good with this improvement.
