Terrible Customer Service
When the app works it’s fantastic, however sometimes it just spontaneously declines transactions. There are a number of hidden limits that they don’t tell you about or track anywhere (even with pay now) but even when it’s not those, when you ask customer service they just bounce you from agent to agent and tell you those same limits again and refuse to reply with an actual reason.
