Shocking customer service

Brilliant app and concept, however, customer support is incredibly slow and they are incompetent. They can’t sort anything out, referral programme doesn’t work to complete challenges and they don’t care. Slow replies, takes an hour to sort basic issues out and nothing but generic copy and paste messages. Really terrible.
