They let these people take your money on here for their personal fees and you “NEVER “ hear back from these people it’s nothing more than a joke and a scam
Amazing!
I paid the fee to get background check and credit and then was still unable to apply for places. When I tried to contact customer support they never replied. There is no contact number so if it doesn’t work your just out of your hard earned money and no one complained to
Permiten que le agan fraude a la pobre gente necesitada de un hogar
If set filter at “3+” for bathrooms. Stop showing me 2.5. If set filter for house — stop showing me condos and townhomes! What is the point of a filter!?
Don't fall for scammers' traps. They ask for money before showing you the property or the unit; it all turns out to be fake. Some use forged credentials or false information, claiming to be realtors or owners when they aren't. Never pay any money upfront without seeing the property first. Check with the responsible agencies; if these people want to rent to you, they should show you the property first without asking for money. Report them.

Doesn’t let you report any errors or possible spam with listings anymore. When you click on report listing it now takes you to the help section of the website with zero actual help or any way to submit the report. You used to be able to easily pick what’s wrong with the listing such as spam or wrong location. Stupid.

Zillow used to be credible, but now finding a legitimate posting is nearly impossible! My family and I have searched for months now and all we keep finding are scam posts. My brother got scammed out of $300 and he toured the apartment! If zillow is not going to try to find a way to ensure postings are legitimate, don’t even bother using their app or site.

Thanks to this app I was able to hunt and compare virtually until I found my current apartment a couple months ago and now a friend is using it to move closer to me. I definitely recommend this app.
No in app support, App glitched when in Quick Apply, Paid $35 for nothing! No support- Scam App. This app sucks
Can easily scroll through the app but messages can’t scroll while reading the messages. Go to read what’s on top of a single message and it won’t let you. Ended up asking everyone to send info to my yahoo email instead.
It is so hard to navigate to my rental for every monthly payment. Why can’t you have a separate app for renters where the landlord is using Zillow as their rental management platform?
The app is awesome
I can’t get this app to stop showing Rentals. I want houses for sale
I find Zillow virtually useless and invasive. I’ll write an add to find out information and before I know it, someone’s calling my phone. I do not ask them to, I do not give them my phone number and I do not consent to them contacting me outside of the Zillow app. I’ve also ran into some really kooky people that ended up being kicked off this site for improper questions. Skip Zillow. I am in the future.

The app is okay but only being able to pick minimum square feet that jumps up by 250 sq ft at a time is frustrating.
Keeps asking me to rate it. Here’s your rating bud
Most of the places I e contacted are scams. No real people only ai and automated phones trying to steal info
This app is infested with scam apartments to the point where I’m not sure if there’s any kind of regulation preventing people from uploading anything.
I would actually give this app no stars if I could. Functionality of the app is ok but they don’t care about brokers doing shady things. Example multiple listings that will say one address but the units are all located elsewhere, prices for people paying cash opposed to people using vouchers. They leave the listings and pretty much say “if you get scammed that’s on you. We have articles on how to not get scammed” instead of removing the listing and telling the brokers “abide by the rules of the state and city in which you operate or don’t use the app”. Yeah just be careful because Zillow doesn’t care and that goes for all the apps they own.
