Customer service
The customer service is not very good. The answers are different for the same day by customer service. I live in the USA and I connect with a person with strong dialects that makes it very hard to understand them. I’ve started researching issues myself. Customer service is not reliable in their answers or follow up is not at all. Other than that I would give Zing a 2 star rating.

I am SO confused
I used the app to sign up for direct deposits for how I want to be reimbursed for out of pocket payments. When I called Zing, they said direct deposits are not offered by Zing. I was told I was scammed! I had to go to my bank and close down my checking and savings accounts and open new ones! How did this happen? When I got back on the app, I saw where I could link my bank account to my Zing account so what’s the deal? I am calling Zing first thing on Monday!

App fails all the time
Try to enable Face ID, the app fails. Try to manage expense the app fails. Very poorly constructed app. Lots of bugs and drops.
Terrible
This app crashes when you opt-in for face unlock. Crashes when you open settings. And crashes when you scan barcodes for discounts. Fix this ASAP!
Crashed Again
I just became a Zing member. I went to use my OTC card and wanted to scan my selections to make sure they qualified. The App does nothing but crash! You cannot even set up touch screen. Im very disappointed that this App is this bad. Zing…get this resolved. Your members deserve it!

Crash too much
It has all the information that you need for your Zing health benefits, but the problem is that the app keeps crashing too much. Hopefully they can fix it soon.
