Why can I not get on my messenger account anymore tc? I have used this account for many years and all of the sudden it just disappeared, and now I can not get back into it. Could someone please help me get back into my account?

I have been using Facebook Messenger for several years and within the last two years it has just quit working and I’ve had trouble being able to get the Messenger App. This is bad business for Facebook customers.

I thought this was Facebook messenger. It is not. How does a company get away with same name and look as another?
Just stopped working, am I in jail
I’ve used messenger for years and all of a sudden it stopped working, I thought I might be in jail so I let it go for a week. I was messing around this morning and was able to open it this evening nothing. So I deleted it to reload it and no luck with getting it to reload yet.

ALL MY CONTACTS ARE SQUEEZED INTO LITTLE BOXES. Mixing parts of EACH of the SINGLE names together, with other’s—one on top of each other-
NO ROOM—TO READ “who’s who”—
ALL mumbled together, unless it’s
a one word name/title. The longer the name, the worse it looks.
