Reward system
I tried using my reward for 15 dollars but when the cashier scanned my barcode it came up as error. As I gave up after trying 3 times I tried to save it for later but it won’t let me save. It’s coming up as network error can not be saved. I’m going to be really mad if my rewards go away.
Don’t log out!
You lose all your points when you log out or change phones. It ends up creating a new account even though it says you’re signing back in.
Worst app. It has not been updated for 2 yrs.
Reward points never loaded currently. It does not register the purchases even the barcode is scanned during the check out process at the cashier register. I might rather go to HMart as they open more stores.

Change phone and lose all my points. It create a new account for me instead of allowing me to log back into my original account. The app is not easy to use.
Worst app
App shows rewards but error message pops up so can’t use. In the store, the app can’t open since neither internet data nor wifi is available. Unlike other apps, there are no bug fixes and updates never happen.
No continuity in account
If you are signed out of your account or if you change phones, your account does not carry over and you lose all the points/rewards that you’ve accumulated. It automatically creates a new account for you even if the app states that you’re “signing in”. I’ve contacted customer service in order to get my points back and I have not heard back since. Does anyone else have this problem that I am experiencing??

Go to my local store one day for a specific item on the weekly deals, and they tell me “that price is for a different location.” It clearly says my city and the promotion clearly says “weekly deals in (my state)” but they say that it’s actually only for another city and that I didn’t realize it because that information was in Korean. Okay, so then why is it populating on my app, for my city, saying this is all of my state? Sounds like either the app is messed up or that store didn’t want to honor the sales, leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

제 의지와는 상관없이 리워드가 눌러졌는데 (솔직히 언제 눌러졌는지도 모름),
이유야 어찌됐건 그 리워드는 꼭 사용을 해야한다고 하네요,
제 리워드니 제가 사용하고 싶을때 사용하는게 맞지 않을까요? 무슨 유효기간이 임박한 공짜 쿠폰을 연장해 달라는 것도 아니고 말이죠…
사용하고 싶은 맘도, 계획도 전혀 없는데 눌러졌다는 이유만으로 즉시 사용해야한다니 이해가 안됩니다.
이런 부분은 개선해 주셨으면 해요

Qwhilebusing this apps it was useful and nice full to be faster in check out or checking prices and sales. Also, when buying small amount of items it is very useful

This app is awesome. I have been doing most of my shopping at Zion lately because the digital checkout saves me so much time. Why don’t other supermarkets have technology like this?
