Zionworx- Great, the App, not so much

Have reviewed all videos, instructions, and even received technical assistance and still unable to connect an android or iPhone to this app to work with the software. We love Zionworx and it would be extremely more efficient if this app could get up and running.

Haven’t gotten to work yet

Tried to get remote to connect to the program on Pc and never had luck. Tried everything that has been recommended and even with fresh new PC and IPhone 15 Pro no luck. We have enjoyed Zion work itself fine but this functionality has never work unfortunately.

Total failure to connect to PC

I’m using iPhone 11 and a PC running Windows 10. Any iPhones or iPads we have tried to connect have failed to be recognised.

So far, online support from ZionWorx has not helped!! I’m beginning to think that the apple version just doesn’t work!
