Used to be better
I’ve had it for years and I would simply edit my photos to be warmer so that they could print out more true to color since zink paper tends to be more cool toned. However the last few weeks I’ve noticed my prints have been coming out incredibly blurry and it’s very frustrating. I’m not sure why the app blurs the images so much.

I like it!!
i really like it, it is simple to use but when i want to print a photo with light blue in it, it turns into a really dark blue instead :/

Will not connect to IPhone. Unstable Bluetooth connection. Not supported.
Won’t work
Unfortunately I can’t use the app anymore to use my Polaroid zip printer / the app says my username - email is already in use - when I submit forgotten password - it doesn’t send a link the the email - so can’t use it at all … frustrating
Problems sorted!
A new update has fixed a big problem after the last update, that prevented the app from displaying the Recents album. A happy user once more.

No “all photos” album anymore
The newest update removed my access to all photos. Please fix this! Emailed but no reply.
Update: not resolved, see other users review for better description of issue. There is no longer a way to view all photos, only created albums. I am not spending time putting photos into an album to print. Please figure out how to bring back access to all photos.

No access to photo’s
This app used to work well. However it no longer accesses my photo’s - despite all the right permissions being granted.
I have deleted it and downloaded the latest version. Still not working.
I write here as the helpful “contact us anytime for support’ functions just ignores you. Hoping this will prompt some response.
Shame. Otherwise I have had many years being happy with this product and the printer also.

new photos not showing
i’m trying to print out some photos and have been using this app for years now but no photos past 2023 are showing once i connect my phone to the device
Needs an update asap.

removing features
where has the basic white frame gone ?? thats all i used this app for and now its gone
Okay but significantly clunkier than 2016-18
Where is the basic white frame? I don't really want themed frames every time. Why isn't this app made by Polaroid themselves? Like the title says, this app is a ghost of what it used to be unfortunately. But it's the only one out there.
Funktioniert nicht mehr
Seit ein paar Jahren bzw. seitdem die App nicht mehr von Polaroid selber ist, funktioniert nichts mehr und es kann keine Verbindung mehr zum Drucker aufgebaut werden. Alle paar Monate hole ich ihn aus dem Schrank in der Hoffnung, das es mit einem Update behoben wird, aber leider ist dem nicht so. Teurer Elektroschrott.

Stopped working properly
I used to love my zip printer but now the app doesn’t work. When I try to navigate to my photo favorites folder it’s impossible. It just keeps kicking me out of that section and brining me to the main screen. I also can seem to get a hold of anyone for help.
Bad updates
Had my printer for years and loved it. They changed all the frames and editing options so there less and you can’t have just a white border frame. Quality has obviously gone down substantially.
