Email required mostly
I keep getting email messages involving the code to open the locker for my package instead of it just being on the app. I really wish you guys would fix this sooner than later.

Update the login screen with labels for email and password. It’s just login button and no lines to show text how entries
Frustrating UI
The font does not change based off of system font, so if you are in dark mode, even if the app is white background, your font will be white making it impossible to see. Additionally, choosing your unit in an apartment complex is very convoluted, the unit numbers are not organized in any meaningful way and it looks like an intern designed how the buttons are laid out. They are not in a row and instead haphazardly placed on a screen. Very poorly and unprofessionally designed app.

Basic UI fundamentals haven’t been fixed in over a year
White text over white background has been a problem for over a year. This is literally the breaking point for us no longer renewing our lease at the apartment. Thank you
Bad version
The information fields are overlapping and when I put my info in could not see the type unless I selected it which highlighted it but you guys need to fix this. This is bad version. Please update.
Didn’t work
I would try to sign up and it would say my account is existent but when I try to log in it says my account doesn’t exist so I can’t even attempt to use the app even after deleting and redownloading or wiping its memory I get nothing.
Terrible app
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Poorly designed app with a tedious login process. I’m forced to use it since it’s the only way to receive packages. 10/10 would not recommend.
App is awful.
Does send alerts and takes hours to give you a code after item is delivered into a locker. Have to force close or restart to get an update. Horrible.
Very Buggy
The app and it’s associates package locker are very buggy. The locker will often refuse to recognize the codes displayed in the app, and refuse to release packages.

The app doesn’t work. All fields remain blank and white when you type in them. There’s apparently no password recovery options. When I was finally allowed to make my account, I tried to add my apartment and nothing happened.
In addition, the website leads to a full page ad with nothing else you can do, either trying to get you to download something unrelated or a fake Amazon iPhone giveaway.
Please fix, guys, I need to make sure I’m gonna receive my packages properly.

Doesn’t work
Not only is their website hacked, this app doesn’t work. Everything is in white text on white background invisible
Alerts are awful.
When i have a package I should get an alert on the app, text and email often I only get one. Mix ups happen and I get the wrong codes but that could be delivery folks. Please fix so I get texts each time I get a package.
App not working
In the login page, it does not shows my email id when I type it.
While signing up, after entering all the details, it shows a msg ‘email id verified’ with a big ‘X’ on top of it, it is unclear if it has been verified or not.
The app needs serious quality and UI testing.

This app is trash.
Takes too long to update. Really just a reason to delay your packages even longer.
Great product and service
Very easy to use. Always get my package through this app, it notifies me in real time and also send me email and messages. Cool product!
Worst app I've used
Does not work.
Does not function. Period.
Glitches cause this app to be so unfunctional, you have to just have Amazon customer support tech team in contacts so you can have them remotely unlock the app

Open QR code scanner will forcefully shutdown the app. It’s the literally the only reason that I want to download this app and it’s broken.
