They’re aware of issues but won’t fix them
I contacted them directly about issues and bugs I was having with the mobile and iPad apps. 6 months ago. Their response was we are aware of these issues and you are not the only one experiencing the same problems and that they’re working hard to fix them. No way they are . Still to this day same bugs. Add a doc, app crashes and has to be completely rebooted. Do yourself a favor and bring your laptop to your appointments because you’ll drive yourself nuts doing anything efficiently without it.

I do not want this app on my phone but there isn’t a way to delete it off my phone which isn’t right. I need to know how to remove this off my phone. Apple should be made aware of this as this unethical.
This is an ADD-ON to Mobile Companion, not an app...
This is not an app, it is an add-on. And the only way to delete it after downloading is to go WITHIN your phone’s default text-messaging app, use the toolbar which appears above the keyboard when typing a text, select the “more” option, and find “ZipForm Mobile” in the list then delete it. There will be no icon on your home screen when the add-on is downloaded. This is the ONLY way to delete it.
