App doesn’t work
Opening the app for the first time forces a registration resulting in an error if you input your account information. It does not give you the option to login with the same credentials, effectively locking you out permanently or forcing you to create a new account with new information
Can’t Add Credit Card Payment Option
Ill preface and say that Ive never had any issues with Zips before this. However, I figured I’d try to do the DoorDash dry cleaning to save time since I have a tight schedule today and their automated text messaging told me it was an option. I download the app, sign up, and in order to DoorDash your order you need to add a card, but you just get gateways errors when trying to add your card so it’s essentially just a non existent service

Deceptive
This app is deceptive and works and gears to those who don’t have transportation and would like to schedule pickups and delivery. It doesn’t benefit those who use their 24/7 drop box service. So we would have no way to earn rewards, check status, or even get notifications. Rewards earned should be available for everyone. What makes matters worse is not even the staff know how the app works 🤦🏾♂️. I can see not a lot was put into it so that ALL their customers would benefit from their rewards earning and not just those who schedule delivery and pickup.

No referral code on the app.
I sent a referral to a friend, but they did not receive my referral code when opening the link. I also do not see my own referral code on my account (under Rewards), which makes me think there is no referral code.
App Does Not Work
Created an account today to use ZIPS at my workplace.
Zips app crashes when it tries to parse my delivery address, and I’m not getting the email confirmation codes at my work email.
