With respect, but the branch managers are very, very disrespectful, very ungrateful , there are many people on social media asking for shipping companies say except ZMC.
Donโt waste your time
Iโve dealt with many shipping companies before, but this one is by far the worst. It took four daysโyes, four daysโto get simple answers to basic questions. When I asked to change account managers due to their lack of professionalism, communication only got worse. I had to message them on WhatsApp and wait while an employee literally left his phone and failed to respond. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how long it takes just to answer a few questions, imagine how long your actual shipment will take. Time clearly means nothing to them. Do not waste your time or energy here.
